Manufacturing
Live production dashboards and workflow systems for manufacturing teams — replace the daily-updated spreadsheet with real numbers leadership can act on.
Why teams in manufacturing reach out
Manufacturing runs on the floor, not in spreadsheets. We build operational dashboards, line-side tablet apps and workflow systems that bring real-time production, quality and maintenance data into one place — for plant managers and execs alike.
Common pain points we hear
Excel is your production system
Daily output, downtime, quality issues — all logged into shared spreadsheets. By the time anyone looks at them, the data is hours out of date and probably wrong.
No real-time visibility across the floor
Three shifts, two lines, one supervisor — and no clean way to see what's actually happening at 2pm without walking the floor.
Maintenance is reactive
Equipment breaks, gets fixed, gets put back. Preventive schedules exist on paper but nobody enforces them. Downtime hits when you least expect it.
Quality data lives in clipboards
Inspections logged on paper, photos on supervisors' phones, defect tracking by memory. Trend analysis is impossible.
What changes once we ship together.
Concrete business outcomes — what your team, your customers and your numbers actually look like after launch.
Live production dashboard
Real-time output, OEE, downtime and quality numbers across every line and shift — visible on a screen on the floor and on the exec's laptop.
Tablet-based shift logs
Replace paper logbooks with a tablet app at every workstation — operators capture downtime, defects and notes with a couple of taps.
Preventive maintenance, automated
Schedules tied to hours-run, units-produced or calendar — auto-generating work orders, assignments and reminders so nothing slips.
Quality tracking with photos
Inspections done in-app with photos, GPS, batch numbers. Defect trends become a real chart, not a guess at the Monday meeting.
Cross-facility comparison
Running multiple plants? Compare lines, shifts and facilities side-by-side in one dashboard — find your best and replicate it.
Modern corporate web presence
A professional website that does justice to the operation — capabilities, certifications, client logos, careers — built for B2B credibility.

Most engagements start as one of these patterns and grow from there.
Floor-side dashboard wall
Big-screen dashboards by every line showing live output vs target, downtime today, quality % and shift leaderboard. Drives behaviour, not just reporting.
Production logging tablet app
Replace clipboards with a tablet at every workstation. Tap-to-log downtime reasons, capture defects with photos, sign off on quality checks.
Preventive maintenance scheduler
Equipment with hours-run or cycle counters automatically generates maintenance tickets. Technicians see the queue on their phone, mark complete in-app.
Executive overview dashboard
Leadership sees the rolled-up picture across plants — daily, weekly, monthly — without anyone exporting a spreadsheet for them.
What manufacturing teams come to us for
These are the outcomes our typical manufacturing clients are trying to move the needle on. If two or more of these sound familiar, we should talk.
Replace Excel-based production logs with a real system
Get real-time visibility from the floor to the boardroom
Move from reactive to preventive maintenance
Track and reduce defects with photo + trend data
Compare performance across lines, shifts and facilities

Questions manufacturing teams ask
Short, honest answers to the things most manufacturing businesses want to know before reaching out.
We have legacy machinery — can it still feed data into the system?
Most modern equipment exposes data over standard industrial protocols (OPC-UA, Modbus, MQTT). For legacy lines, we use tablet-based manual entry or low-cost retrofit sensors. The system doesn't require a full plant upgrade.
Does this require Wi-Fi all over the floor?
It helps. As part of the build we usually plan for proper industrial Wi-Fi coverage (or wired tablets where signal is rough). Our IT & Networking team handles that piece end-to-end if needed.
What about ERP integration?
We sit cleanly alongside SAP, NetSuite, Oracle or in-house ERPs — pulling work orders in and pushing production data out — so you don't end up with parallel sources of truth.
Can we start small and expand?
Strongly recommended. Pick one line, ship a working pilot in 8–10 weeks, prove the numbers, then roll out across more lines and facilities with confidence.
Who owns the data?
You do — all of it. Production data, dashboards, source code. We retain no lock-in. You can host with us, on your own infrastructure or move it later.
